Entering Phase III of the EDTECH Doctoral Journey...

On January 21, 2010, I successfully completed all of the requirements for the comprehensive exam and received notification that I passed. Now, phase three of the doctoral journey begins. On Monday, February 1, 2010, I will conference with my dissertation chair for the first time. I am looking for to working with Dr. Timothy Chester to get through the dissertation proposal phase of the process as soon as possible. My goal is to post the dissertation by the end of the year.

In addition, I am very fortunate to have Dr. Lani as my critical friend during this process. She has played an instrumental role in my life as a doctoral student thus far, and I am very grateful. So, stay tuned for future updates concerning my successes and challenges as I embark upon phase three of my doctoral journey.
