Ending the Coursework Phase of the Journey

Two years ago I began coursework on the Education Technology doctorate degree at Pepperdine University. On July 21, 2009, I will complete the coursework for the program and begin preparation for the comprehensive exam in the Fall. Over the past two years my experiences in the program enlightened my in ways that I did not anticipate, which I anticipate will have a profound affect on my life.

As I prepare for the comprehensive exam and contemplate my research project, I am excited about how the program has influenced my decision to devote my life to community service, education, technology, and collaborative international projects that empower the underserved to become aware of themselves as delibirate contributors to the global community of knowledge and information.
